User Login

To access your Wilkes account, please enter your Wilkes Identification Number (WIN) in the User ID field and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) in the corresponding field below, then click the Login button.

If you do not know your WIN, you can recover it BY CLICKING HERE and using the online form, if you have access to your official Wilkes email account. If you do not have access to your official Wilkes email account, please contact the Wilkes University ITS Help Desk by dialing extension HELP (or ext. 4357) on campus, 408-4357 locally, or 1-866-264-1462 long distance.

If you have forgotten your PIN, after you enter your WIN, click the "Forgot PIN?" button to see your "Forgot PIN?" question. If you answer the question correctly, you will be allowed to reset your PIN. If you have forgotten your "Forgot PIN?" answer, please contact the Wilkes University ITS Help Desk by dialing extension HELP (or ext. 4357) on campus, 408-4357 locally, or 1-866-264-1462 long distance.

When you finish your session, please click the Exit link and close your browser to protect your privacy.
